Volunteer Screening Policy

Volunteers are required to complete the following forms. Please e-mail our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@calsouth.ca

1. Police Check Form (valid for 3 years)
2. Little League Baseball Volunteer Application Form
3. Little league Baseball "Returning Volunteer" Application Form (required every year for returning volunteers)

Coaches are required to complete the following:

1. Police Check Form (valid for 3 years)
2. Little League Baseball Volunteer Application Form
3. Little league Baseball "Returning Volunteer" Application Form (required every year for returning volunteers)
4. Coaches Code of Conduct
5. Coaches Fair Play Rules

This is now an Online process - please follow the steps below.

Step One: Visit https://policeinformationcheck.calgarypolice.ca/
Note: Cal South Little league must supply you with a letter with their VSPN (Volunteer Screening Program Number) so that you can submit with your application so there is no cost to you to complete the check.  Click here for our VSPN letter.
